Joshua Radin

It seems that Joshua Radin set out to do something interesting with his life.

He majored in Art at Northwestern, tried his hand at screenwriting for awhile, and then… after a painful break up, decided to write songs…. Today Radin has two acclaimed albums under his belt with a third in development. Saturday the Cleveland area native will be welcomed home for a headline show at The Beachland Ballroom.

Streetlight Manifesto pride themselves on being the band that changes people’s mind about ska.

The Jersey band finds many converts in people that end up at one of their shows, and leaves a couple of hours later a fan. Sign on Sunday at The Highline Ballroom in New York.

Big doings in The Avett Brothers camp.

Their Rick Rubin produced major label debut “I And Love And You” will be out September 29th. They’re on the road ahead of release day and live tonight at The Moon in Tallahassee, Florida.

It hasn’t taken long for the people to grasp on to the band Fun.

And why not… Members come from the bands The Format, Steel Train, and Anathallo… and their sun drenched pure power pop sound you can’t go wrong. Fun headline The Drunken Unicorn in Atlanta Sunday.

The shoegaze outfit is going on hiatus after two more shows. The first of which is Saturday at Audie’s Olympic in Fresno.

The Brothers Gross say they run their diy empire from a tiny house in the middle of Indiana.

This weekend they’re wandering through the Northwest and will stop in to the Funhouse in Seattle for a show Sunday.
